  • Customer/Product Profitability Analytics: We prepare benchmark and analyze customer, distribution channel, and product profitability mix, which can often lead to strategic shifts enabling quick profit improvement.

  • Pricing: Risk adjusted pricing approaches can usually lead to early increases in profitability (i.e., immediate to 18 months).
